Our special expertise is in meeting unique lending needs, such as those faced by residential real estate investors. We are real estate investors ourselves, and we started LowDownPaymentInvestorLoans.com to help others overcome the same barriers we ran into early in our investing careers. We wanted to build our portfolio as quickly as possible, avoid tying up unnecessary capital, and protect ourselves from liability. We believe that our solutions are the most cost-effective way to build a real estate portfolio.
Our parent company, Hurst Lending, offers a wide range of niche loan programs to help home buyers overcome specific challenges. If there is a situation that is creating a barrier to getting a loan, such as details about the property, a pending divorce, expat status, or other logistical challenge, we can usually find a solution. We do this by developing relationships with investors who have specific interests, and in some cases by lending our own funds.
In 2013, Hurst added an insurance brokerage business, offering home, life, business, and auto insurance from major providers. An easy way for an investor to save money is to optimize their insurance coverage. We can provide a policy to cover your primary residence, and extend the liability portion of the policy to cover your rental properties. This can save literally thousands of dollars each year, depending on the number of rentals covered – and you still end up with the same amount of coverage on each rental, without double paying.
